30-Day Full Refund & One-Year Limited Replacement

We offer two support options depending on the nature of the issue:

✅ Full Refund (Within 30 Days of Invoice Date)

✅ Replacement (Within One Year of Invoice Date)

You may be eligible if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or inoperable

  • Missing item(s) in your order

  • Incorrect size, color, or customization compared to your original order

  • The product does not match our product description

⚠️ Policy Limitation:
This warranty applies once per order only.


Situations Not Covered

Refunds or replacements may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day refund period

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Requests for alterations after delivery

  • Incorrect information provided at checkout (size, address, or customization details)

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, processing times are as follows:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days

All Exvus products are custom-made.
If you wish to receive a different size or design, a reshipping fee may apply depending on the product.
